Service Levels
System Level integrates directly with your resilience solutions and provides fully automated system start-up, network connectivity verification, and server validation. It eliminates human error and features our portal-based Resiliency Console management dashboard to monitor the status of all activities. The dashboard provides an overview of recoveries, and documents timelines and recovery exercise performance. The entire recovery of your IT infrastructure is custom-orchestrated to your specifications and ready for system recovery activities.
Application Level includes everything in the System Level service, as well as fully managed, SLA-based application recovery orchestration. We provide continuous runbook modification and test verification services to ensure that recovery objectives are achieved and maintained.
