Gregg Corso brings more than two decades of legal and operational experience working with technology firms to Recovery Point. He has served in senior roles with a Fortune 100 financial services firm and in the federal government, and has advised technology, venture capital and private equity firms nationally.
Prior to joining Recovery Point, Gregg served as a Managing Director in the Office of the CEO at TIAA-CREF, performing a range of operating and corporate center roles, including executing mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships, overseeing technology outsourcing, and launching new business initiatives in the firm’s asset management and retirement businesses.
Gregg also worked as a partner in a leading Silicon Valley law firm where he advised fund sponsors and technology companies on complex financings, M&A and restructurings. Gregg was part of the executive staff of the Office of the Chairman at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he earned numerous honors, including the Capital Markets Award.
Gregg is a graduate of Boston University, where he received his undergraduate and law degrees.
