Executive Leadership Team
Jack Dziak
Executive Chairman and CEOJack Dziak is CEO and Chairman of Recovery Point Systems. He has served on Recovery Point’s Board of Directors since May 2022 and as Executive Chairman since August 2022. Dziak is a long-time senior technology executive with over 35 years of experience in the enterprise IT, infrastructure, and communications services industries. He brings extensive global experience in managing complex technology businesses from hyper-scaled IT infrastructure and communications services to systems integration and strategic consulting. Dziak leads all facets of Recovery Point’s business. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Jack was the CEO of Dziak Advisory Services LLC, an advisory firm which provides strategic, financial, operational and technology consulting to digital infrastructure, software, and services industries as well as Private Equity and Venture investors in these markets. He acted in various executive capacities for his clients, including CFO, COO and Chief Strategy Officer. His previous C-suite experience includes Executive Vice President Global Products and Chief Strategy Officer at Sungard Availability Services (2011-2017), with P&L responsibility for the $1.2B global recovery and managed services business, and Chief Operating Officer of Apcela, a provider of managed network and SD-WAN services. Dziak has also held multiple executive-level leadership positions at Neustar, Inc., Sprint Nextel, and MCI Communications. He had a 15-year career in strategy and technology consulting during which he was a Partner in Accenture’s Communications and High-Tech industry practice.
Chris Hoins
Chief Financial OfficerChris is an operationally focused CFO with over 28 years of experience in both public and private entities, with a focus on building strong cross-functional relationships throughout the company. He’s spent the last 18 years of his career in senior leadership positions in the software and technology industry where he has built long-term sustainable enterprise value in both organic and acquisition-oriented growth environments. He is a CPA (inactive) and earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University.
Courtney Daley
Chief Revenue OfficerCourtney is a long-time senior technology executive with over 25 years of experience in the enterprise IT, infrastructure, and communications services industries. She brings an extensive executive track record of strong revenue growth and customer relationship management across a broad range of complex technology businesses. Prior positions include National Vice President of Sales at Logicworks, and Senior Vice President of Sales at SunGard Availability Services.
Scott Williams
Chief Information Security OfficerAs Recovery Point’s top security and compliance leader, Scott does more than ensure the company becomes stronger through today’s threat landscape; he also helps to grow the organization’s strongest capabilities internally and externally as a value-creator stemming from challenges faced in cybersecurity today. He continues to manage risk for the entire organization and gauges today’s latest threats with his growing team and operational leadership. Scott strives to apply effective, secure solutions that align with go-to-market sales strategies by focusing on the organization’s greatest strengths in resiliency for its customers and future prospects. In previous endeavors, Scott was a key leader in the development of secure products and compliance for RapidScale, a Cox Business company, and other Cox business ventures. He was a key contributor in the design of secure and compliant cloud platforms from data center design and infrastructure to secure hosting globally. He developed secure platforms and products that were designed to be operationally brought to market, directly affecting revenue streams for RapidScale. Prior to RapidScale, he provided leadership to cloud providers in security and compliance and developed secure infrastructure platforms as the multi-disciplined lead architect of cloud platforms for Windstream Hosted Solutions, an Abry Partners portfolio organization prior the acquisition by TierPoint.
Gregory Wolfgram
Senior Vice President of OperationsGregory is in charge of Recovery Point’s client delivery and network services teams. He has more than 20 years of experience designing, deploying and managing enterprise IT infrastructure and large, high-volume, multi-platform engineering environments, including networking and virtualization. Prior to Recovery Point, Gregory spent over a decade leading teams in Silicon Valley for several of the largest network technology providers. He also served in the U.S. Navy in a variety of technology positions.
Erin Steinmetz
Senior Vice President of MarketingErin leads the development and execution of Recovery Point’s corporate marketing and communications strategy. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, with most of her career being spent in the B2B technology space — creating content, campaigns, and events to promote IT solutions and services in the areas of cyber security, cloud computing, data center, enterprise networking, collaboration, modern workplace, and application development. Prior positions include Vice President, Marketing and Communications for Arraya Solutions, and Director of Marketing for NAPCO Media.

Chris Konkel
Vice President of ProductChris leads the Product and Solution Engineering teams for Recovery Point, focusing on the development of Recovery Point’s data protection and resiliency products and how they integrate into solutions for complex enterprise IT organizations. Chris has decades of leadership experience in IT in Product, Operations, and Software Development. Prior to Recovery Point, Chris held the position of CTO of ProList, a premier mail and marketing services companies in the Mid-Atlantic region, leading the development of automated data workflows and digital transformation.
David Bostic
Director of FacilitiesDavid is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining all of Recovery Point’s properties. He is certified by Uptime Institute as an Accredited Operations Specialist and is a Master Electrician with more than 20 years of experience. Dave managed the construction of Recovery Point’s flagship Germantown facility and assisted in the design, construction, and implementation of the Tier III certifications at both Germantown and Gaithersburg locations. His many skills include construction management, mechanical and electrical supervision, and leased facility improvements management.
Kasane Mihara
Director of Business Administration & FSOKasane began her Recovery Point career in 2005 after serving in the U.S. Army. As Recovery Point’s business has evolved over time, so have Kasane’s duties. In addition to administration and security, Kasane has worked in marketing, sales, human resources, and IT. She has been instrumental in developing internal processes and systems. In her current role, she oversees all front office operations, compliance, and audits, and acts as security officer for Recovery Point facilities.
Jeff Judy
Chief Cloud ArchitectJeff has more than two decades of experience in system architecture and administration, with a particular focus on virtualized solutions. He designed, built, and deployed Recovery Point’s cloud environments and has extensive experience with a broad range of storage replication and back-up technologies. Prior to Recovery Point, Jeff held a number of senior positions with a Fortune 500 integrator and various global consulting firms. He also has experience deploying new data centers and leading systems engineering teams. He is a VMware certified professional.

Brett Moss
Board MemberBrett Moss is a data-driven executive with over 25 years of experience in building and managing high performance teams. He has a broad depth of knowledge in implementing corporate strategies that drive successful P&L outcomes in rapid growth services environments. Brett has also played a key role in merger and acquisition activities with a track record of successful private equity transactions and exits. Brett has held numerous leadership positions in the technology industry most recently serving as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Solutions Management at Ensono. Prior to Ensono, Brett also held a number of leadership positions at Savvis, now part of CenturyLink. Brett received his bachelor’s degree in mass communications and marketing from Emerson College and holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing and strategic planning from Northeastern University.
Brian St. Jean
Board MemberBrian St. Jean joined Abry in 2005. He has originated, supervised and sold numerous companies in Abry’s targeted areas. Areas of focus have included data centers, cybersecurity, business services and human capital management. Prior to joining Abry, Brian was a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s mergers and acquisitions group focusing on the entertainment, media, and communications industries. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with high distinction.
Caitlin Yanchek
Board MemberCaitlin Yanchek joined Abry in 2017. She is responsible for analyzing new investments, working with portfolio companies and supporting sale transactions. Prior to joining Abry, Caitlin was a member of the investment team at EQT Partners. Previously, she was an investment banking associate at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Caitlin graduated from the University of Notre Dame where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major in finance and economics.
Reid Jackson
Board MemberMr. Jackson is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience working in the federal and commercial software fields. As CEO of Unison, he is focused on bringing more transparency and accountability to government and government-contractor business processes. Mr. Jackson joined Unison in 2005 as the Chief Operating Officer. In his role as CEO, and previously as COO, Mr. Jackson ensures that Unison meets the needs of acquisition, contracting, and grants professionals at federal agencies and their contractors. Working with Unison’s clients, management team, and board of directors, Mr. Jackson drives the growth, evolution, and expansion of the business. Prior to joining Unison, Mr. Jackson worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, Commerce One, PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an operations and training contractor to the Naval Nuclear Program. Mr. Jackson is frequently called upon to share best practices and insights gained working across 80+ government agencies. Mr. Jackson holds a Master in Business Administration from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science summa cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
